Julia Perez goes bald to support people with cancer
A woman’s hair is her glory”, said an incredible poet, Maya Angelou. It reflects how society, especially the women, believe that hair is a precious part of their body and they will do everything to take care of it.
However, an sensational Indonesian actress, Julia Perez (Jupe) just did an unexpected thing. She cut off her hair. Yes, all of it. But she has a particular reason why she did it.

As quoted from metrotvnews.com, the beautiful woman stated that it was not depression, sickness, or the thirst for sensationalism that led her, but her willingness to support cancer patients, especially the ladies.
The cancer survivor was inspired by the cancer patients she met during treatment at the hospital when was suffering from cervical cancer.

From her action, the law graduate wants to encourage the patients by showing them that losing hair will not stop them from being beautiful. She also motivates them to never give up and keep on fighting cancer. (my/red)
